Small fits YoSD and DC/DZ wrist joints.
Medium fits most MSD
Large fits SD/SD+ (including most 70CM dolls)
Also usable on ankles.
Please be aware that if your doll has closed or extremely small S-hooks you may need to use a piece of string or ribbon tied through the paddle's bar to use.
